1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RenewedSenior.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RenewedSenior provides a digital wellness membership that includes access to workout videos, recipes, tracking tools, and related content designed for adults aged 50 and older. The Service is for general wellness and informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Your first month is billed at the introductory price of $79.99 USD. After the first month, your subscription automatically renews each month at $159.99 USD until you cancel.

You authorize RenewedSenior to charge your payment method on file for all recurring subscription fees. Prices are subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile page or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of that period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial purchase and have not used the Service extensively, you may request a refund by contacting support@renewedsenior.com. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Medical and Health Disclaimer

The content provided on RenewedSenior (including workout videos, recipes, and tracking tools) is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, changing your diet, or using any health-related information from this Service. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create and submit through the Service (such as diary entries and weight logs). By submitting content, you grant RenewedSenior a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account login with others
• Attempt to access parts of the Service you are not authorized to use
• Upload harmful or misleading content

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including videos, recipes, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by RenewedSenior or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
